Karyn Murphy Cup
The Karyn Murphy Cup, now in its 8th year, will offer females across Queensland the opportunity to participate in a local school competition. Students in Year 5/6 will participate in a local Karyn Murphy Challenge, students in Year 7/8 & 9/10 will participate in a local development competition, and Open age students will have the opportunity to participate in the state-wide Karyn Murphy Cup.

Schoolboy Trophy
The NRL Schoolboy Trophy is a participation focused competition that aims to offer every high school across Queensland with an opportunity to take part in Rugby League. In 2024, Year 7 - 9 have opportunity to be a part of the NRL Schoolboy Trophy, competing alongside the Year 10 division in local development competitions. The Opens division will compete in the state-wide Schoolboy Trophy competition, which will begin in your local school sporting regions, with the winning school progressing to the next round.

National Schoolgirl Cup
The National Schoolgirl Cup was introduced in 2022, due to the growth and successes of the 9 a side competitions, the Karyn Murphy Cup and Katrina Fanning Cup, in QLD and NSW respectively. This 13 a side format is a National competition, for Open aged girls, which begins in your respective states and builds to a National final. This competition is targeted at schools who have established Rugby League Programs, for the open age group. School teams participating in the 2024 National Schoolgirl Cup will be asked to submit a squad list. These players will not be able to participate in the open age division of the Karyn Murphy Cup, however your school can enter a second (or third etc.) team into the Karyn Murphy Cup open age division.
