Sports Trainer Online Re-accreditation



Online Re-accreditation Application

All League First Aid, Level 1 and Level 2 Sports Trainers will have up to a 12 months’ grace period, from their expiry date, to complete their re-accreditation. After this grace period, trainers will need to re-complete a League First Aid, Level 1 or Level 2 Sports Trainer course to remain qualified.

To apply for online re-accreditation, please complete the below form:

You will need a copy of your Statement of Attainment for:

  • HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid  completed in the last 2 years and;
  • HLTAID009 - Provide CPR completed in the last 12 months.

Note: If your accreditation has expired, you CANNOT act in the role of a First Responder through the grace period.
